Well...Instead of finishing practicing my signing I decided to come onto Xanga to talk about my LOVELY other two classes.

ASL...is okay. It's a big class. The teacher is said to be really disorganized and changes the due dates on a lot of assignments. A student gave me the recommendation to just get everything done ASAP and as accurately as possible. I am going to try my best to do that! I like the text book, which is good. The book comes with a DVD so that's nice too.

Calc is okay. It's the same teacher from last semester, who I love as a teacher. The only problem is that the class has over 40 people in it. The classroom isn't very big either. If you walk into class late, also, it's hard to find a seat! So...we're all wondering our calc labs are going to work since we're suppose to work in groups of 3 at a computer and there's not that many computers in that room. *shrugs* Oh well. Guess we'll figure it out when we get there.

Oh and Atmosphere is taught by the same teacher as my ocean class. He's cool and the class is gonna be run the same way as the ocean class, the subject content will just be different. So...that's all my classes!

All for now.

My mistake. Assessment period is from the 16th-20th of May. So my teacher was fine in what she said. We get out so EARLY for summer. Well, to me it is.

My Ocean class went pretty well. The teacher is pretty cool. He says the class will be pretty easy and that he knows we have harder classes than an intro class like this one. Now all I hope for is that I get along with my ASL teacher and she's not a pain or anything. If worse comes to worse, I have two weeks to drop from the class, but I'd rather not do that considering I'd, most likely, have to take her for 201 or 202 any ways.

Well...All for now!
Wow, haven't updated in 22 days!

Well, the main reason for that is nothing new has happened. I've been working full time and that was, for the most part, the extent of my life!

I do, however, have news now.

I got LotR promo posters from work the other day. They're small ones, but they're still really neat! I've become a total LotR geek now...it's almost shameful! But it's all good.

As for school? Today was my first day of classes. After having to get up no earlier than noon, it was a bit of a shock today to have to wake up at 8:20am. I had my first Chem I class today. It's a female teacher and she's pretty nice. She's also pregnant. I don't know how far along she is. Let's hope she makes it through the semester! Our final is May 18th, which is a week before the last week of school, so who knows. I have my ocean class later today at 4pm.

My school schedule stands thus:

Monday: 9am-12pm Chem I; 4pm-6pm Ocean
Tuesday: 10am-12pm ASL 102; 4pm-6pm Calc II
Wednesday: 9am-12pm Chem I; 4pm-6pm Atmosphere
Thursday: 10am-12pm ASL 102; 4pm-6pm Calc II
Friday: 10am-12pm Calc II Lab

Then...I'm going to be working Fridays and Saturdays. I still haven't talked to the aquarium about taking a leave for the semester. I'm definitely considering it now, though. I'd hate to go to school M-F, work F-Sat, and then have the aquarium on Sun. That's going 7 days a week without a break. It'd KILL me.

Any ways, that's about it for now!

Interesting, but kind of disturbing?

Charcter Skeletons

Who would have THOUGHT someone would have gone out and given all those cartoon characters SKELETONS! *shrugs*

¡¡HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

My new year's eve was pretty mellow. We had a few friends over and we played cards.

I go back to school on the 24th. Campus opens back up tomorrow. I need to go pay my fees and get my books for next semester. So...we'll see. I STILL haven't gotten my grade from my FYS teacher, I think grades are due the 4th or something, though. I'm working full-time, still. I've been busy. I'm thinking...I might ask for a few days off before school starts when the black-out period ends to give myself an actual BREAK! I'm practically working 6 days a week most times. This last week I worked 4 days!! I REALLY needed the 4 days of work.

It's been raining here, too. It's been nice.

All for now!
